  • Step 3, Admission Preparation: Our team guides you through everything you need to know before arriving, including what to bring, travel arrangements, family communication, and what to expect during your first days.
  • Step 4, Welcome and Orientation: On arrival, you are personally welcomed by your treatment team and introduced to your facility community. Your personalised treatment programme begins immediately.
  • Medical Aid and Insurance: We work with all major South African medical schemes and coordinate with international insurance providers to maximise your coverage. Our admissions team will assist with verification and claims.
